What we process

To follow up on an invoice, DueHello processes invoice data (number, dates, amounts, status, references) and business contact data (name, role, email address, phone number) belonging to your customers.

We do not process special categories of personal data, consumer credit data, or payment credentials. DueHello has no access to bank accounts and cannot initiate payments.

Why we process it

Solely to provide the service you have configured: monitoring receivables, preparing and sending follow-up messages within your rules, and keeping the audit record that makes those actions verifiable.

We do not use your data or your customers' data to train models offered to other customers, and we do not sell or share it for advertising.

Roles

For your customers' data you are the controller and JKF Commerce, operating DueHello, is the processor. Our data processing agreement governs that relationship and forms part of the contract.

DueHello is operated by JKF Commerce. For your own account, billing and workspace-administrator data, JKF Commerce is the controller.

Vorlyo is another operating brand of JKF Commerce and handles first-line support and customer communications for DueHello. It is not a separate contracting party.

Where it is processed

Inside the European Union. Where a sub-processor operates outside the EU, that is listed below with the transfer mechanism relied upon.

Retention and deletion

Invoice and contact data is retained while your workspace is active. The audit record is retained for the period you configure, because its value is precisely that it is not editable.

On termination you can export everything, and deletion removes synced invoice data, drafts, message logs and the audit record.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Requests from your customers should reach you as controller; we support you in answering them and act on your instruction.
